With band members spread all over the world, and Dane Alderson now a member of the Yellow Jackets, things have been a little quiet for Logic in recent times! We did however manage to sneak into the studio a few years ago when Ben and Dane were in town for the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and record a bunch of tracks. 2 years later and we’ve finally mixed and mastered it, and now released it on Bandcamp! It features 8 originals (penned mainly by Glenn, with a couple from Tim and 1 from Ben) that portray the group’s eclectic array of musical influences. We hope you enjoy it! | |

"Logic - Live" was recorded at the end of the band's month-long tour of Asia in 2010. The recording features compositions from the band's most recent studio release "The Hierarchy" and is the first live recording in the band's 11-year history. The double DVD/CD combo includes 7 songs (totalling 50 minutes) from the performance, band member interviews and footage from the tour. "Logic" presents it's original mix of ever-evolving jazz/fusion featuring Tim Wilson (saxophone), Glenn Cannon (guitar), Dane Alderson (bass) and Ben Vanderwal (drums). | |
